SURPRISES AT THE TABLE: DELICIOUS JANUARY

In 2024, new dishes grace Elevador’s menu. Even the most absent-minded and careless will want to indulge in the restaurant’s new flavors. As January brings along the cold, there are hot dishes that create the perfect coziness to face the lower temperatures. Such is the case with our Oven-Baked Buffalo Camembert wrapped in zucchini and fresh herbs, drizzled with honey and whole grain mustard sauce. But Elevador doesn’t solely rely on hot dishes. Some wish to start the year on a lighter, healthier note, and thus, there’s an extraordinary addition to our menu: Roasted Pumpkin Spring Roll with vegetarian chorizo, feta, and sweet chili sauce. Surprised so far? There’s more to come. If we’re going to be bold, let’s go all the way. Allow us to proudly present our Chicken Supreme stuffed with watercress butter, coated in panko and fresh herbs, served with fried pilaf rice infused with spices and dried fruits.

It’s certain that we all make promises in the first month of each year. Promises we believe we’ll keep, yet many are forgotten amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. But with Elevador’s new dishes, it’s impossible not to aim for that get-together with long-time friends. The real reason that brings you together? The sautéed pork tenderloin with chestnut mash, shiitake, and grapes. Nobody can resist. And if everything starts well, it ends even better. The precise final touches starring either the baked mascarpone and white chocolate cheesecake or chocolate, mango jelly, and raspberry ice cream. But wait, there’s more. You can opt for a black plum pie, almond, crème fraîche, and Armagnac-caramelized apple.

In a winning team, there’s no need for change, and thus, some things remain intact because we know they’re part of your good routine. We’ll continue with our Happy Hour and our themed nights of Jazz and Fado.
